I would like a quote for Cantera
limestone columns. My concern is that the shipping costs from Mexico to
Texas will be significant, but, having said that, I am getting quotes from
Austin stone dealers that are through the roof. Looks like I'll pay for
shipping one way or another.
Need quote given two ways: 1) solid
columns 2) sectioned and cored (please include cavity dimensions). Not
sure yet whether I have to use the columns as structural support, and I
understand from most that the solid columns won't pass the structural
test.
I want Tuscan (Doric)
straight columns in the classic soft cream limestone color. These
will be used both indoors (5) and outdoors (4) for a total of nine
(9)columns all the same dimensions: 8 feet tall (finished height with capital
and base) and 14 inches in diameter.
Please include cost of material, any
special installation information, and shipping cost to the building
site.
