Edges

Edges also can be chamfered / bevelled. Chamfering removes whiteness and chipped edges. This looks very good. Chamfering is a simple process in which a polishing brick is run at an angle of 45 °.

Joints of chamfered edges are easier to clean (e.g. kitchen platforms). In corners or protrusion where one edge will be visible, it is best to have both the meeting edges cut at 45 °.

Where a single edge will be visible , it can be shaped and even polished as follows. You should buy these pre-made. If done at site, often the workmanship and polish are very poor and you have no choice but to accept.
