Constructional
Feature:
Column,
Jib and rafters made from electrically welded steel section
in a lattice structure.
The lower
part of the beam is fixed to the winch unit equipped with
a base pin rotating on a special thrust bearing, resting
on a Central base, which can be anchored to a foundation
with bolts.
The upper
part of the column is equipped with a pin and has a vertically
rotating journal and tie for fixing the rafters. Winch set
consisting of motors, which transmit power to gearboxes
and there can be simultaneous operations for rise and lowering
of the Jib and of hook.
The braking
action is achieved through electro hydraulic Thrustor brakes
mounted on the drive side.
Rotational
unit is incorporate into the winch base with pinion on the
bearing disc provided the motion.
Movement
is achieved through steel pulleys rotating on roller bearings
with ground steel pins.
Rope drum
made of special steel supported on spherical roller bearings.
