I was a producer of diamond-sawn pavers (1-1/8" - 2" thick) and calibrated tiles (1/2", 3/4", and 1" all +/- 3/16" thickness) of Arizona flagstone, a natural, cleft-finish sandstone. I have lost my lease and would like to liquidate approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of material consisting of 6x6, 6x12, and 12x12 sizes (nominal), in three color ranges - Rose (medium/dark pink), Sand (white/beige/pink/peach), and Sunset (pinks, golds, yellows). This is premium quality material which I must move immediately!

This material originally sold to distributors @$4.50/sf, but I'm asking only $25,000.00 for the entire lot (approximately $1.39/sf) for an immediate cash sale, FOB Phoenix, AZ.
