   Our factories grow up on a 70,000 square meter area with 8,000 square meters of covered surface and they include the large block yard, the sawmills, the slab polishing lines, all the cut to size work and all the finishing operations.

         Message to Readers: How incoming material is selected.
   All the incoming material (100%) is selected with the following procedures:
The first careful selection is made at the quarry on each block. After gang-saw cutting operation, the slabs are selected for polishing. During polishing all the slabs out of range, for size or color are rejected. Then the material is end to the plant for the final fabrication.
The Quality Control checks during production.
   All the materials are cut with automatic machines. 30% of the cut-to-size is subjected to random check of size of angles with caliper. The lot of material to be installed in the same are cut out with the same machinery to prevent any difference in term of tolerance from one machine to the other.
   Tolerance:  0,8 mm in each direction for the  2 cm cut-to size.  0,5 mm diagonal for  2 cm cut-to size. On request the tolerance can be reduced to 0.5 or 0,3 mm.
   The final inspection is on the basis of the customers request.
