         History & Background:   has been recently involved in the sector of marble with its high technology.  started its investments by establishing marble quarries in year of 2004 and started the production at the beginning of year 2005 in the modern factory was in Nazilli,  has aimed first of all to process the blocks is extracted by itself in its factory.

When the total investment is realized we will be one of the biggest factories having highest capacity in Turkey.

The quarries in Karacasu, Aydýn have three different kinds of marble called Pearl, Arabescato and white Marble. In the quarry of Aydýn having 2.500 m³ monthly production volume, the production continues 12 months of the year. It includes a water depot of 600 tons, two compressor units, and dormitory with 120 beds. It is aimed that the yearly production capacity which nearly 25.000 m³ could reach 35.000 m³ in 2005.Aydýn quarry having 1.250.000 m³ reserve has two pcs. of CAT 345B excavators, 1 pcs. of CAT 330C, 1 pcs.of VOLVO 360 excavator, 2 pcs. of VOLVOL 220E Loaders, 4 pcs. of CAT 980G Loaders, 12 pcs. diamond wire cutting machines.

The slabs and strips made of the light beige blocks taken out from quarry located in Karamanlý, Burdur are reinforced by resin lines. It has been aimed to manufacture totally 30.000 m³ marble in the quarry of Burdur in 2005.The monthly production capacity of the quarry is 1,600 m³.This quarry with reserve of 1.500.000 m³ is equipped by 2 pcs. of CAT 330C, 1 CAT 345B, 2 pcs. of CAT 980G, loaders and excavators, 11 pcs. of diamond wire saw machines, 16 pcs. of diamond wire saw machine, 16 pcs. of diamond wire cutting machines, 6 pcs drilling machines.

 has been producing its black marble which has got very small crystal, homogenous, beautiful and magnificent patterns. At the moment our monthly production is almost 1.500 m³, and we have targeted 25.000 m³ in the year of 2005.In Kale quarry with reserve of 400.000 m³, our earth moving equipment include 1 pcs. CAT 245B, 1 pcs. CAT 330C, 2 pcs CAT 980G, 4 pcs diamond wire cutting machines, 3 drillers.

marble factory including 80.000 m² open area and 13.000 m² closed area is equipped by 5 piecesw of block cutters , 4 pcs.  GANG-SAW machines, 2 tile lines, 1 horizantally splitting and polishing lines, 2 pcs. of bridge-saw machines, slab polishing line, strip resin line, slab resin line and chamfering lines.

It is planned that the Marble Factory will manufacture 500.000  m² of slabs and 800.000 m² cut to size marble with 200 employees.

The first quality of marbles coming from five different quarries are cut by block cutters or gang-saw machines. After this step the blocks are sent to the splitting lines and after tile polishing lines, slab polishing lines the blocks turn into a value added marble. In every steps of production, quality control and standardization for perfect selection are done by our engineers and marble experts. Therefore we can deliver our marbles in some quality standard and we believe that this is the starting point of having satisfied clients.
