e 2855 USA: We are searching, on behalf of an Idaho client, for stone paving for use in a driveway and courtyard and for steps and wall veneer as well. the total surface quantity is 3,400 sq feet. we're looking for stone that can be cut 2" thick and 3" thick for paving, and 6" thick for steps and wall veneer. the paving stones will range in size from 6" by 18", to 18" by 42". darker tones are preferred.
we would prefer not to import. 'mailing' rocks seems excessive to me, the closer to idaho, the better. we need to see photos and/or samples from these people before we get serious with them.April 28. Contact

Buyer says: your proposal is interesting to us. could you email a few photos. we are looking for fairly dark stone, and the quartzite samples i've seen from the ketchum/hailey, idaho area are too light, too pink and too 'flashy'. it would be great if your stone were darker and bolder in tone.please let me know. thanks very much for getting in touch.
seller says: please view the attached quartzite sample colors. We would like to suggest that granite will be better for paving. For the same sizes, granite paver can be thinner than quartzite and still meet the application requirement. Which will save you money in shipping and make it easier to install.
