You will have to work with the Greeks from the Island of Thassos, or one of the Greek stone companies in a larger city, like Chicago. The name of the snow white stuff is called Thassos- they have varying grades. The reason it is expensive is that the stone has to be hand picked as well as imported, otherwise natural streaking occurs and has to be cut out.

Tell your customer that the Milwaukee Art Museum, a world class outfit in its own right, decided against it as an interior appointment - as snow white stone just gets dirty anyway, and the cost of keeping it WHITE is prohibitive.
