Payment 25% advance alongwith order and balance 75% against documents in
USA. Slabs will be packed in wodden pallets.
We can guarantee +/- 1mm variation in
thickness for the slabs because they are made by Italian gang saw
plants which have good machinery such as auto calibrating and polishing machines
which are imported. Lastly we can polish gang saw slabs in two ways. One is
on Italian conveyor plants or with hand polishers. Either way minimum seven to
eight process are involved up to the final polish viz. calibration, 36, 60, 120,
220, 400, 600, 800, 1200 and finally Glossex.
I can assure you to get much lower prices other than quoted
above if the quality of black is not important i.e. Warrangal Black with
white specks or Silver Black from Chamrajnagar we can get the prices in a day or
two. In short if the quality of the raw material is not important we can succeed
in getting better prices by about 5 to 10%.
We are mainly into granite tiles & slabs
in all Indian colors, blocks only granite from our own quarries, cobblestones
& pavers (used for landscape & commercial projects) also from granite of
our own quarries only. We also have good direct contacts for slate &
limestone tiles & slabs. Other products & services we can offer directly
through our infrastructure are granite cut-to-size slabs, vanity tops,
special size tiles like 3ft. x 1ft. x 10mm, etc., granite engraving & inlay
work, customized granite furniture & tableware. As of now, we only stock
granite & slate tiles in NJ, USA, other than that all products
mentioned above have to be on FCL & Break Bulk Cargo

finish in 20 & 30 mm thickness with a tolerence of only 1 mm in plus minus.
We process in Gaspari Gangsaw machine first & then it's rough surface is
removed in the 16 head auto polish machine of Pedrini make.
We store the
material after 2 coats of poklishing process & when required to load ,the
material goes under the complete remaining 5 polishing coats with imported
Carara bricks used for the final finishes.
