   Other Terms & Conditions:
1)     Please note all our prices are quoted at FOB Yazd Factory for tile & slabs, and for blocks at quarry.
2)     All the above prices are in USA Dollars.
3)     When all the terms and conditions are agreeable between the two parties then the exact delivery date are declared.
4)     Sales are done on the basis of LC irrevocable at sight and unrefundable.
5)     The prices for ONYX blocks are on the basis that the maximum length should be 200 cm and width 120 cm with its approximate weight being between 5500 to 6000 kg as being shown in the 1^st column of the ONYX PRICE LIST, and if 20% decrease in its length and width, then as being shown in the 2^nd column of the ONYX PRICE LIST, and if less then the above mentioned dimensions, then as being in the 3^rd column of the ONYX PRICE LIST.
6)     The prices include especial export wooden packages.
7)     The prices for SLAB excluded ONYX stones, the dimensions should be of maximum 280 x 120 x 2 cm.
8)     The prices for TILES, the dimensions should be of maximum 40 x 40 x 2 cm.
9)     The prices for ONYX SLAB, the dimensions should be of maximum 160 x 100 x 2 cm.
10) The prices for ONYX STONE of small dimension sizes and blocks will be declared on the basis of order given.
11) The prices for Tishahi Stone (Code no 45) are plus 10% per meter on the basis of the Travertine Tile Pricelist.
12) The prices for the filled Travertine are plus 10% on the basis of the TRAVERTINE PRICE LIST.
13) The prices for the unpolished are less 10% on the above PRICELIST.
14) All the above prices are for 2 cm thickness.
