Notes:

1. INCO TERMS                                          -       FOB Manila Port.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT                         -       normally payment is through irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight or Telegraphic Transfer.
3. PACKAGING                                           -       the tiles are packed in styroform boxes or carton boxes and are further packed into a seaworthy wooden crate. Polythene wrapper is made to cover the entire material inside the wooden crate. Random Slabs are packed face to face to reduce or to avoid scratching, polythene wrapper cover the entire material on the wooden crate.
4.        Load Estimate for 20 footer standard sea container:
                                                                        12” x 12” x 3/8” -                          650 sq.m.
                                                                        18” x 18” x ½”     -         400 sq.m.
                                                                        Random Slab x ¾”-      350 sq.m. Or 96 pieces minimum dimension 4’ x 8’ x ¾’
5. Production Capacity/month                  -       For tiles -               12” x 12” x 3/8”–5 containers @ 650 to 700sq.m./container
