TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All prices are F.O.B. Chennai / Kandla port. Prices for One 20 feet container. All Prices in USD/Ft2 & USD/Mt2. 
Tiles: All tiles are Water Cut, Polished, Beveled and Calibrated. 
Delivery time 60 days from confirmed order and advance. 
Payment: 30% Advance with order and balance against Irrevocable Letter of Credit. 
Inspection: If required by your representative in India at factory floor before dispatch on polished material. 
Port: Material to be dispatched at any Indian port of choice in Open-Top Containers. 
Quality Policy: Export First Grade Material. Incase of any damage due to transport, damaged material can be replaced in next order. 
Sample policy: Samples available to interested Purchasers. Plz. Give Courier account number. Courier charges will be adjusted on placing the order in final Payment. 
Granite being a Natural Product, may vary in color, shade & veins though maximum care will be taken. 

Quantities Per Container As Below:
One 20 feet container is appx. 20 tons. 
One 20 feet container is appx. 3500 sq.ft. of 3/4" (2cm) slabs
One 20 feet container is appx. 2750 sq.ft. of 1 1/8” (3cm) slabs 
One 20 feet container consists of around 7-9 wooden crates. 
One 20 feet container of 12” x 12” tiles is appx. 8000 sq.ft. (743 sq.Mt.)
One 20 feet container of 16” x 16” tiles is appx. 7150 sq.ft. (664 sq.Mt.)
One 20 feet container of 18” x 18” tiles is appx. 6100 sq.ft. (556 sq.Mt.)
One 20 feet container of 24” x 12” tiles is appx. 4900 sq.ft. (455 sq.Mt.)
